When reporting an issue, include device model, iOS version, and what happened right before the problem appeared.

Common questions

  • Which platforms are supported? Current plan is iOS only.
  • Is the app publicly available now? Not yet. The app is currently marked as Coming Soon.
  • Will my images and results be uploaded? No. Images, analysis, and counting results stay on device. Only anonymous crash/exception diagnostics may be uploaded for product improvement.
  • Do I need extra hardware? No dedicated hardware is required, but a stable camera stand can improve consistency.
  • Can I trust every automatic count? Treat results as assistive and verify in critical workflows.
